Dr. Farokh Kakar
Dr. Farokh Kakar is the Founder of Blue College of Water and Technology. She is an award winning water professional in Canada. She has a PhD in civil Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University. She founded the school in 2022 to serve Canadian and global students to study in Water and IT sector with focus on sustainability.

Munir Omer Zada
Eng. Munir Omer Zada is the co-founder of Blue College having +10 years of experience in computer science and business management. His higher education is from George Brown College in Toronto.
