Project Management - Intensive
This course is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage projects of any size. It is specifically tailored to help you prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification and fulfills the Project Management Institute's (PMI) requirement of 35 contact hours of project management education.
This course is offered for busy individuals who has only weekends to study. The course will be delivered in two weekends (4 days).

What is a PMP® certificate?

What are the eligibility requirements to obtain a PMP® certificate?
To be eligible for the PMP® certification from PMI, you must meet one of the following sets of criteria:
Option 1: With a Four-Year Degree (e.g., bachelor’s or global equivalent)
Project Management Experience: At least 36 months (3 years) of leading projects within the past 8 years.
Project Management Education: 35 hours of project management training or education.
Option 2: With a High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree
Project Management Experience: At least 60 months (5 years) of leading projects within the past 8 years.
Project Management Education: 35 hours of project management training or education.
